Value of money! Particular for winter visitors
We like the fact that the hotel has external bus service to several major destinations. It makes the transportation much easier in snowy weather.
The whole hotel provides only a single microwave oven (3rd floor, inside laundry room). It will be much more convenient if there is a public microwave on each floor.

The shuttle was convenient. The onsen in the hotel was very nice and clean, loved the fresh air. Facilities were complete and the staff was very friendly.

Extremely Comfortable Nights Stay
Very happy with our stay at the Sapporo Prince Hotel. The rooms are small, but large enough (compared to others) to be able to unpack 3 suitcases. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet and dark (during the night), which provided a great nights sleep. Staff were wonderful, and very helpful. Taking bags to the rooms etc. Relatively well located, we walked down Odori Park to the TV Tower and Clock Tower. We had a nightcap at the Sky Bar, which had amazing views of the city at night. However, you do have to pay a small fee after 5:30pm (added to your bill) approx. 8AUD p person. Personally we thought it was worth this, excellent cocktails too.
Sadly we didn’t use the onsen during our stay (there is an extra charge to use this). The female inside onsen had a risk of legionnaires. The female outside onsen was available to use, but I believe it is quite small. Although the male onsen was available my husband was put off by the legionnaires, so decided not to use it.
